Message :Base timing at idle should be 15degrees, I got 19 degrees timing showing up on the techdom at WOT on the dyno.
correct, on the road, I have had as much as 45 degrees of timing advance at WOT. this is common.
15degrees BTDC is stock. by advancing timing via the CAS (say 3 degrees), you effectivly advance all timing that 3 degrees. It provides greater HP gains, as it effects the entire RPM range.

The supra guys run 21 to 22 degrees of timing a WOT. I don't see how Ash could be running 30 degrees timing at WOT . That is a big jump.
watch your techtom again. It should jump to 40something, then slowly settle down to around 20. make 4th gear pulls on the freeway too. real world is different then dynoworld.
